To the best of our knowledge, we do not meet any of the legal thresholds which would subject us to the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). In the event we do meet the legal threshold which would subject us to the CPRA, we shall act in accordance with the CPRA.
9. Our Data Retention Policy.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you request we delete your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. As an exception, we will not delete your Personal Information where we still have a legitimate interest to use your Personal Information, such as enforcing our Terms of Service, resolve disputes, or otherwise comply with legal requirements. In any event, your retained Personal Information under this Section 9 shall not be used for any other purpose.
